William (Bill) Brown

William (Bill) Brown, MBA, BSCS is a technology executive with more than 20 years of experience leading large-scale digital transformation across global enterprises. As Vice President of Support Operations at Buchanan Technologies, he oversees the firm's project management function across Operations — bringing the discipline and strategic clarity that have defined his career to one of the organization's most critical delivery functions.

Before Buchanan, Bill served as CIO at a venture capital firm, where he developed a distinctive capability that few technology leaders possess — evaluating acquisition targets through a technology lens, identifying undiscovered value, and leading SaaS integration to position portfolio companies for growth. Prior to that, he served as Global Vice President of IT at Mary Kay, directing digital transformation across 35 international markets and driving significant e-commerce growth. His career began at Neiman Marcus, where he built deep expertise translating business need into disciplined technology execution.
